Maple & Macassar Music Stand

This heirloom quality music stand features a column of exceptional curly maple sitting upon a base of Macassar ebony. The desk or tablet features a central panel of quilted maple, surrounded by an ornamental banding and a cross banding of Macassar ebony, and is trimmed by a beaded edge of solid Gaboon ebony. The tablet is adjustable in both height and tilt and these positions are secured by brass pins and ebony knobs.
