Cherry Jewelry Chest
A ten drawer cabinet for jewelry, this is fashioned from curly cherry. The cherry was all from the same log and featured some exceptional curly figure.
The drawers, all hand dovetailed, have drawer sides of Birdseye maple with solid poplar drawer bottoms, and are all lined with jewelers cloth.
Birdseye View
The first piece in the series based on the architecture of Hong Kong, Birdseye View is constructed of Black Limbs with an interior rear accent panel of Birdseye maple. With the doors closed, the central oculus displays a treasured piece of artwork. There is also a secret storage area within the cabinet.
This piece was awarded Best-in-Show at the Fine Furnishings Show in 2017.
Dragons Gate
The second cabinet in a series inspired by the architecture of Hong Kong.
The cabinet is executed in some spectacular and unusual curly pear with an interior constructed of Birdseye maple. The dark accents are wedge and ebony.
A central opening displays a treasured object while the interior of the cabinet features more storage and there is also some secret storage within the piece.
This piece was awarded Best-in-Show at the Fine Furnishings Show in 2019.
The cabinet was designed to be shown at The League of NH Craftsmen’s Living with Craft exhibition and the vase displayed within it was made by another League member Donna Zils Banfield,

Mahogany Chest
Ideal for storage of silver or prized collectables, this six drawer chest is made from mahogany and features a locking panel (in the stored position in this photograph) of highly figured mahogany. The case is dovetailed as are all the drawers, and the drawer sides are curly maple.
Custom Shoe Armoire
The client had some very specific requirements for this piece, designed to store shoes. Constructed entirely of cherry it has the clients monogram inlaid into the top rail.
Scotch Cabinet
A wonderful place to display that special bottle of spirits, this cabinet is fashioned from mahogany. The door features individual panes of period glass which due to the seeds and imperfections in the glass and the way they distort the light, showcases the contents. Interior glass shelves are adjustable and the drawer is virtually invisible when closed.
Cherry Pie Safe
A classic form, this pie safe is constructed from Cherry with punched tin panels. The back of the cabinet features solid cherry boards shiplapped together.
Display Cabinet
Designed to give maximum visibility to the clients collection, this cabinet has tempered glass on four sides, with the front and rear panels unobstructed. Tempered glass shelves and LED lighting further enable viewing of the contents. The cabinet is made from Curly Cherry.
Cherry Bureau & Changing Table
This seven drawer bureau was built along with a convertible crib/day bed for a client for the nursery for their first child. The changing table rails on the top of the bureau are removable when no longer required.
