A Classic Windsor
This braced comb back Windsor chair is crafted using traditional methods and materials delivering an exceptionally strong and light chair.
The chair is finished in a black over red milk paint that gives it a “lovingly used” appeal.

Contemporary Dining Chair
Custom designed to complement the clients dining table and sideboard this set of eight chairs is made from curly cherry and curly maple with leather upholstered seats.
The curly maple back-splats are all bookmatched from some incredibly figured maple and all from the same log.
The chairs are also constructed from lumber from a single log, in this case some beautiful curly cherry from Pennsylvania.

The Harrold Chair
A reproduction of a side chair produced by Robert Harrold in Portsmouth, NH ca. 1785.
A bit wider than the typical Queen Anne chair, this is an incredibly comfortable chair, upholstered in the traditional manner with horse hair. Despite its oversize width it is one of the more elegant chairs from the late eighteenth century, due to the graceful crest rail and subtle carved details.
The chair in this image is in walnut and it is also available in mahogany.

Fashioned in mahogany this footstool, while available for purchase, was constructed to show four different leg treatments.

Piano Bench
Designed to meet the clients needs for a piano bench that is adjustable in height, yet strong and featuring a traditional look.
Constructed from some native NH Cherry the rails and legs feature a holly string inlay the would be typical f the federal period. The seat is leather, and the storage under the seat was divided and can store two sets of sheet music and instruction books for the clients children.
Joanne’s Bench
Some exceptional curly walnut was the perfect material choice for this bench designed to fit a specific location in the clients home. The front rail has been carved with the clients monogram.
